During her career in Education, she mentored and trained educators, administrators, and other personnel. She works with assurance and sincerely believes “her wisdom can save you a lot of pain” if applied correctly. Her encounters in life and the workplace have caused her to “think outside of the box” beyond limits while working towards life’s accomplishments.

She is currently serving as Senior Advisor on the Executive Board at her local assembly as well as an executive resource to her State Council of churches and other church boards.

She has received numerous accolades for her services. She was appointed Director of Region III of the International Christian Education Association (ICEA) of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World and was elected to serve as President of the Women’s Auxiliary of the Northwestern District Council of the P.A.W. which positioned her to inspire women to leave their past behind, pursue their destiny, and “Walk in Their Season.”

Her life’s experiences equip her to be a continual blessing to people seeking their purpose across generations. She passionately believes “Reaching and Teaching Goes Hand in Hand” as we move in the Rhema word of the Anointing.

Connie is founder of L.E.A.D. LLC, Leadership, Empowerment, Administration and Direction. Her consulting firm is a service-oriented business that offers Practical Organizational Leadership Solutions and Team Building Services to empower leaders, administrators, managers, and support staff to accomplish their goals.

She offers Education Administration and Teacher Training Consultation along with mentorship that develop secondary girls facing challenges via dual divisions of L.E.A.D. LLC known as “Leading Life Coaching” and “Ebony & Ivory Roses” Mentorship program. She has earned her B.S. and MAED in Education Administration and Supervision.
